Unplugged Adventurer allows you to plan out any adventure (hiking, running, backcountry skiing, a social night out on the town, etc.), select your safety contacts, and then specify when you are expecting to be done. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens during your activity, Unplugged Adventurer will share out the activity details with your predetermined safety contacts. At this point they'll be able to best determine what steps to take to ensure you're safe and sound.

Once you initiate your activity, there is no need to remain in an area with network connectivity. Unplugged Adventurer's backend servers will send out notifications to your safety contacts if needed. If you do remain in an area with network connectivity, your safety contacts will receive not only your planned details but also the actual route that you took (in the event they need to be contacted).

Maintain your privacy by only sharing your activity details with those you choose, and only in the event that you don't return on time and you actually need them to know where you are.
