The Unrivaled Nutrition app is personalized for you and your specific goals, and plans are tailored to meet your individual needs.

Your meal plan will be customized to you including macronutrient breakdowns, number of meals per day, and healthy food exchanges.
Macronutrient breakdowns are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs whether you are looking to burn body fat or build muscle.
The number of meals you consume each day is tailored to meet the needs of your daily schedule.
You are not stuck eating the same foods. You will have built in healthy food exchanges to provide variety to you meal plan.
You are able to create grocery shopping lists, and you can also scan the barcodes for any foods not in our database.

Helps you to manage a consistent training plan that works for your schedule
You can have custom made workouts tailored to you saved in your app.
You can log in and track all of your workouts, including yoga, strength training and cardio.
You have the ability to integrate most wearable fitness technology with our app. Some devices include Fitbit, Garmin, Moveband, Apple Health. To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, login into your profile, go to Settings > Optional > activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync.”
