UpayChat

UpayChat is a mobile payment service owned by UpayChat,LLC.
The UpayChat service enables individuals to deposit money from their debit card, credit card or bank account to UpayChat account and electronically transfer money to another registered UpayChat user's account using a mobile device. (They can also attempt to send money to unregistered recipients, in which case the intended recipient will receive an invitation to sign up for the service in order to complete the transaction.
Users can create an account via a mobile app and provide basic information. One must have a valid email address and a mobile phone number to use UpayChat. Recipients of transactions can be found via phone number, UpayChat username, or email. Users have a UpayChat balance that is used for their transactions.

UpayChat includes social timeline, when a user perfoms a transaction, the transaction details are shared on the user's "Timeline" and to UpayChat's friends, Although the transactions can be made private which can only be visible to the sender and recipients, it also includes interaction through comment. Profiles are personalized with profile pictures, usernames and UpayChat transaction history.
