What is it about?

Uprooted Academy Offers College APPs: 12 Steps to Finding Your Match Mini-Course and the Full Course. The mini-course is a free program that gives you access to videos from our larger program as well as some organizational guides that can get you started on feeling confident and empowered through your college application journey. The full course takes students through 15 hours of video content covering the how-to of the college application process. Students navigate the cheat code to learn the lingo, build their list, understand financial aid, and much more. The accompanying workbook guides students through activities around the general essay, supplemental essay, making the best decision, and organizing submissions, decisions, and scholarships! Bonus content includes voices from the admissions department, mindfulness videos, and videos from college alumni on different types of colleges. All students that are connected to Uprooted Academy get exposed to our platform filled with resources on different majors, newsletters, and live events. The purpose of this program is to not just teach students what to do, but how to do it. These videos will be with you step by step as you get through the college application from search to submit to stepping foot on campus!
