Designed to combat the crisis of bullying and teen violence through edutainment, UBP concerts feature rising local artists such as DJ Relly Rell (Hot 97.1, 106 & Park), Lucky Banks, Cashflow Harlem, Lea Robinson and Von Middleton who’ve become instant fan favorites with youth audiences. Embracing the call to be positive role models, each artist not only shares talent but their experiences with bullying while reinforcing a message of tolerance and respect among students.
To date, UBP has been experienced by more than 10,000 DOE students across 50+ public schools across the (5) boroughs.
About ODAEP: The Open Door Arts-in-Education Project (ODAEP) is certified MBE student support services vendor for New York City Public Schools. Now in 10th year, ODAEP-UBP is the City’s most innovative anti-bullying campaign, showcasing the best artistic talent for high-impact, interactive experiences that captivate students and school administrators alike.
