Use Urgent mobile app to:
• Access work orders on the move, locate and identify assets, view asset maintenance history, and respond to new work orders.
• Complete contractor accreditation checks.
• Record asset downtime.
• Update asset information.
• Manage work orders for multiple clients through one application and a single login.
Features:
• Process map to any configured Urgent workflow.
• Full transparency of when jobs are completed and by whom.
• Logs the GPS coordinates of the device used.
• Offline support where there is no network connection.
- Updates made to work orders using the mobile app are synchronized with Urgent when a signal is restored.
• Access complete site, work order and asset detail, including:
- Check site opening hours and locations.
- Verify asset details including model, manufacturer and install date.
- Full work order detail available through the mobile app, including job progress updates.
- View associated documents such as warranties or manuals.
