USEIAM is easy to USE.
The app only has two functions:
1. A CAMERA TO RECORD MY PLANS AND FEELINGS
2. A GPS LOCATOR TO REMIND ME OF WHERE I HAVE BEEN, WHEN I WAS THERE AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE.

Here is how you use IAM

Every day take a selfie video of what is on your mind, how you feel (physically, mentally, spiritually), what you have planned for the day, anything else you want to remind your self of. Talk about the people you met, etc. and then send to your secure Email.

When you go to a place other than your residence, hit the location button on the useiam app and a gps locator map is sent to the same secure Email address along with your typed purpose for being at that location.


How does USEIAM help me?

Accountable to yourself and a trusted observer to maintain daily records.Sharing your daily life experiences with another person creates accountability, which leads to credibility and improves your self-esteem.

If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness, which requires you to take daily, prescribed medications, a monitor can verify that you are taking those meds by looking at your selfie video.

Monitoring
Asking for help is an integral part of behavioral change

It is suggested that you reach out for help if you are using the USEIAM app for a monitoring tool. You simply add a monitor's secure email address and they will receive a copy of your daily entries. Many therapists and coaches have used the USEIAM app with successfull outcomes.
