In the Grand Est region, rent an electric bike for up to 14 consecutive hours from over 50 train stations.

Access to Fluo bikes is reserved for travelers with a valid TER Fluo subscription or a TER ticket used on the same day.

Fluo bikes are made for everyone — featuring a low-step frame, a comfy saddle, reinforced tires, and smooth electric assist up to 25 km/h.
No gears to shift — just hop on and ride!

● Just scan and go ●
Open the app to find an electric bike at the station — available 24/7.
Scan the QR code on the bike to the left, at the end of the row, start your rental, and press the left brake to release the bike from the dock.
Just like that, you're on your way.

● Let the app guide you ●
Feel right at home on any route with GPS navigation built right into the app.
Just relax and enjoy the ride.

● As many stops as you like ●
Heading to work, school, or an appointment? Park the bike in a safe spot that doesn't block the way — ideally a bike rack — and lock it through the app.
When you're ready to go again, just tap “Unlock.”

End your rental by returning the bike to the station you started from.
Like magic, it’s now ready for the next rider!

If you have an issue with a bike, please report it in the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the bike to a maintenance dock.
