Property Care by VecinoApp gives you the power to create, control, approved, track your work orders and cleanings, while you are on the field doing inspections on your properties. All from your mobile device.

This application allows you to perform the following functions:

- Add new Work Orders and Cleanings
- View Work Orders by status, search by ID or subject, filter by priority and status
- View Cleanings by date, search by ID, property or notes, filter by date range and status
- View Property address and location on map (If available)
- View Property details
- Use Timer to calculate Work Order and Cleaning cost
- Assign, Complete, Approve, Decline and Delete Work Orders and Cleanings
- View, add, rotate and delete Work Order photos
- Add and view notes
- Add new Inspections
- View Inspections history, filter by date range
- View Inspections details and work orders related
- Search WaterBug codes

*Access to above functions can be restricted on the web application by the Community Administrator
