Set yourself three different goal levels and reward yourself with small everyday things.
First, set a minimum number of steps to complete each day until you start "earning" points. Points are accrued according to the steps of the day, for example, 100 steps is 10 points.
The rewards for yourself can be, for example, even "an hour of television" or "two hours of extra playing time."
The first limit is 250, which is equivalent to 2,500 extra steps above the daily minimum, the next limit is 500 and the maximum is 1000 points.
The points start from the beginning every day, so keep yourself moving all the time!
The app is integrated with the Apple Health App to get information on the daily number of steps.
