The App uses Health Kit data for consultancy to accurately identify current Health condition to make better Wellness Programs.


It follows the 8 dimensions on wellness and provides detailed information on each aspect for the benefit of employees. You can use this app to learn about each of these 8 dimensions on wellness to increase your knowledge and use it to improve your total wellbeing.

Tracking of your Body Mass Index (BMI) is essential in the fight against obesity and other lifestyle diseases. You are able to feed your weight and height into our app and it will calculate your BMI using our BMI calculator which is embedded in the app.

Participation in employee assistance and wellness programmes brought to you by Velocity Wellness results in employees participating in a points based rewards system. The leader board within the app helps each participant track their points in relation to their peers.
