VenCat is short for Venture Catalyst. It simplifies, widens and accelerates the investment process:

Data from Company Startups is standardized, investor relevant and searchable.

Business Angels search, select and can follow Startups for a period of time to check their progress.

Subject Experts are available to provide a service to Startups or Angels regarding their specific field of expertise.

VenCat gives Startups a way to build a clear, standardised pitch which provides the information Angels want to see. It protects the Startup's sensitive data while providing enough for Angels to take an interest.

It also provides Startups with a summary of Angels who are interested in them and allows for contact and data release to be made in a controlled way.

In addition, Startups who need advice on the questions VenCat puts to them can seek Expert help from registered and vetted subject matter Experts within the VenCat system.

This app can only be used by Company Startups who have pre-registered on the VenCat website. It provides the Startups with access to their VenCat data on their iPhones and iPads.

Subscription is for 1 calendar month, and gives Startups access to PitchBuilder which helps them to put together detailed and relevant data for Business Angels.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless Auto-Renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
The cost of renewal is £119.99 (£99.99 +VAT) or equivalent in your territory. You will be advised in advance if this changes.
You can manage your Subscriptions, and turn off Auto-Renewal, by going to the your Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription.
