GROUP CHAT COMPARISON

○ We built Venra looking to improve some of the drawbacks of planning with a group chat.
○ Here's some of the biggest problems we have addressed:

○ Problem: Plans getting buried in the chat feed.
○ Solution: All invites are displayed clearly on the home screen.

○ Problem: No clear dashboard where you can see your upcoming plans across multiple group chats.
○ Solution: Organised all upcoming activities on your events page, clearly see the number of people going, who's hosting, dates, and times.

○ Problem: Can't easily distinguish between chat between friends and invites from friends.
○ Solution: Currently, every Venra notification you receive will be a new invite or a new person attending.

○ Problem: Inviting friends usually means constructing a lengthy paragraph explaining the event details.
○ Solution: We've simplified the process. We have different fields for activity title, date, time, duration, location, and details. So all you have to do is enter the relevant info.

○ Problem: Usually not all of your friends are in a single group chat, so you have to send multiple invites.
○ Solution: Groups on Venra have more of a quick select function. This allows you to invite multiple groups to a single activity and as well as add or remove individuals as you see fit.
