Veriwage is a punch clock app designed by employment lawyers to help businesses create and maintain employment records required by federal and state law.  When employees use Veriwage, they create real time data including a daily photo verified punch in and punch out documenting the time worked each day. Additionally, Veriwage allows management to document and calculate overtime, meal breaks, tip credits, and will send notifications to management if an employee misses a shift or has not yet been paid. Veriwage stores the information on the cloud as well as the acknowledgment statements for each pay week, in order to ensure that that all payments have been made for all hours worked.

Once registered, you can set up a profile for each employee and include the rates and schedules by accessing:

TO START

Veriwage is free to download and try out for thirty (30) days.  You can cancel at any time and only be responsible for the week in which you are canceling. There is no long-term contract required to use Veriwage.  You will only be billed on a weekly basis after the trial period expires.  After your initial trial period has ended, Veriwage will bill you at the rate of $1.00 per employee per week.  Veriwage maintains your employee business records via Amazon Web Services / AWS and the Cloud based fees are included in the $1.00 per employee, per week price.  No Hidden Costs.

-Internet connected iPad or Android tablet (OS requirements for each*) with front-facing camera.
-Internet connection or WiFi.
