The app also checks corrosion rates and remaining life based on thickness measurements. It calculates thermal stresses caused by temperature changes and material expansion mismatch. With built-in pressure vessel formulas, you can find stresses in both thin and thick-walled designs. Euler buckling load calculations make it easier to assess column and strut stability.

Ultrasonic thickness tools let you compute material thickness using time-of-flight data. It also supports composite laminate analysis with matrices and adhesive/joint strength checks.
