VIEWMECH Bodyshop

VIEWMECH Bodyshop is a personalised customer video solution. It is created specifically for bodyshops and their technicians to help evidence current condition of the vehicle and provide up-sell opportunities.

The App is used to create video evidence of the current condition of the vehicle including the main area/s of accident damage, but also any other pre-accident/minor damage that is already existing.

The app works in conjunction with a dashboard where all videos are reviewed and paint/parts/labour quotes and any additional notes for the customer can also be added. The videos are then sent directly to the customer via text message and email that link through to a responsive branded customer landing page.

Personalised customer videos will improve customer retention, increase revenue and help you convert more upsell opportunities whilst protecting you from false claims of damage to a vehicle whilst in your care.
