Vigeo offers courses to help parents (and teachers!) learn how to support and connect with compassion while maintaining a focus on what matters. This approach can create lasting behavioral and emotional change. Reduce the impacts of anxiety, stress, and get rid of needless conflict with your kids.

Courses are designed to help build skills that allow some space between thoughts and behaviors, to reduce the challenges of anxious feelings, conflict with children, and increase your ability to support their needs. We use an evidence-based approach to increasing psychological flexibility, and several measures of progress tracking to monitor growth.

We deliver weekly content in the form of video lessons, guided practice activities, and the opportunity to track your progress. We are building a community of parents and teachers in the same situation, all growing through this approach.

Individualized coaching is available to supplement the weekly content at either weekly or monthly intervals.

The download of Vigeo is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Vigeo app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
