Before you get started, remember the app is for the primary cardholders with the Virgin Atlantic Credit Card only at this stage. You’ll also need to have received our email invite.
Also, you should continue to use the Virgin Money Credit Card app to manage your credit card account.

Ready to go? Once you have downloaded the app, we will ask you to link your Virgin Atlantic Credit Card account and your Virgin Red account (or sign up to Virgin Red if you haven’t already done so). It’s super simple to get set up, and we will walk you through everything during registration. Please remember that at the moment you can only use the app on one device, so choose the one you use the most.
