Virtual Campus - ALO

Virtual Campus for Google Workspace Education mobile app gives you access to your latest grading, classroom activities and your bills through an intuitive dashboard anytime, anywhere. It provides instant access to the campus newsletter, and news and updates from the school website.

It has multiple roles such as school management, school staff, faculty, students and parents.

Each role has a different set of access through the navigation menu.

An enrolled student would automatically have a role of student. A guest access means only access to School Newsletter and News and Updates from the school website.

Parents would have to pair their account with their child or children.

Faculty would be set internally from the IT Dept. along with the other roles relating to the school.

Chats module access is for students and faculty. Classmates would automatically have contacts with each other. Other classrooms would have chats by requesting to chat.

Classroom module would allow access to Google Classroom allowing most features of Google Classrooms to be accessible from mobile app.

Bills and payment history module is for parents.

Grading and other metrics relating to classroom activities will be for students and their parents. Parent would have only access to their children's grading status.

Feedback module is for parents who wish to contact the school staff regarding their children's school requirement.
