Vision Coach

Vision Coach is a new app that supports patients with Diabetic Macular Oedema
(DMO) with their recovery. It has features that help you track progress, create goals, understand
your treatment plan, manage appointments and much more (see below).

Sight scores:
+ Access sight scores entered on your behalf by your healthcare professional
+ Add your own sight scores given to you by your doctor/healthcare professionals
+ Track your progress over time
+ Learn about what sight scores are, what they mean and why they are important

Goals:
+ Create goals in a number of areas that have the potential to improve your health
+ Choose from a number of pre-defined goals, or create your own
+ Record and track progress over time
+ Compare goal progress to sight score progress

Treatment plans:
+ Access information about your treatment plan
+ See where you are in your treatment plan

Appointments:
+ Access information about your appointments
+ Allow the Vision Coach app access to your calendar to create calendar entries and reminders
+ Use the Apple Maps integration to find the best way to your appointments on the day
+ Use a range of checklists to help you prepare for your appointments

Accessibility:
+ Use the native accessibility tools you like best to improve your experience

+ Use the education resources throughout the app to help you understand your condition and
treatment
