VisualBraille has been developed to help Vocational Rehabilitation instructors, Orientation and Mobility instructors learn to read and comprehend Braille by providing a means to translate common words, sentences, numbers, and computer related information from text to Braille.
The goal of this app is to educate anyone who is interested in learning about the Braille code. This is accomplished by offering the user the ability to see hear, and touch Braille. To touch the Braille that is displayed on your screen, you will need a bluetooth Braille display, and for VoiceOver to be on.
NOTE: The grade 2 section is designed to show users some symbols used in grade 2 contracted Braille. The keys used to do this can vary from application to application.
