Vita Kids Student Transport Tracking and Parent Information System
It is a mobile-based intelligent student transport system that accompanies students using school transport safely and traceably from home to school and from school to home.
Parents can track the location of the transport vehicle in real-time, along with traffic conditions and location data refreshed every 3 seconds, from the moment the transport vehicle starts its duty, and they can also notify the driver with a single touch if they will not be using the service.
The driver or transport guide can view the daily lists of students they will transport by using the vitaDrive DRT Driver Work Tracking Mobile Application downloaded to their smart mobile phones, and they can approve boarding and disembarking. An automatic approach notification is sent to the parent as the vehicle approaches the student's home. After dropping off the students at school, the driver walks to the back of the vehicle and scans the QR code to confirm that the vehicle has been checked inside. This information is shared with the school and parents.
Additionally, parents can view all service information, their student's pickup and drop-off times, and travel duration, as well as current driver and guide information and documents through this application, and they can rate the driver-guide duo.
Parents can communicate to the driver, guide, or authorities if the student will not be using the transport service. They can view payment plans, payment history, and bank account details through the application. If the transportation company accepts, they can make installment payments with a credit card.
They can participate in surveys created for transportation services and submit complaints and suggestions to school and authorized individuals through the application.
