Conceived as a bricks and mortar studio in Auckland, New Zealand, Vital Energy classes are designed to build mobility, strength and flexibility through movement training. Yoga, pilates, mobility and strength training classes complement each other to build balanced bodies. Vital energy training systems are now available on demand. The guiding ethos at Vital Energy is Quality of Movement for Every Body. As such in addition to weekly classes, the on demand library includes content for up-skilling on technique to facilitate ongoing education.

Choose the warm up that suits you best no chatturangas, dynamic, legs focused ) and the choose your practice of the day from Yoga Flow, Mobility Training or Strength Training . Mix n Match offers you greater freedom than ever to construct the practice that works for your body and present goals.
