As the first step forward to creating digital users within the organization, the organization will want to introduce to its employees and visitors “Digital Visitor platform”. The ideal is that the platform is to improve engagement with the organisation’s stakeholders. The platform is to provide a end-to-end solution for streamlining engagement and delivery to employees and visitors. Digital visitors and employees within the Platform will utilities the App and have the ability to log a wide variety of service delivery requests:
1. Digital registrations of visitors;
2. Checking in and out of visitors by employees;
3. Push notifications and alerts;
4. Linking of the employees to the visitors;
5. Acceptance of T&Cs such as health & safety and site regulations.
