The Daily Emotions tab is as simple as possible: today's date, a list of emotions, checkboxes, and a save button — everything you need to make self-reflection take just a minute but bring real benefits.

When Sunday (or any convenient day) comes, just go to the Weekly Total tab and click the analysis button. The app will summarize the results itself: how many days did you feel support, and how many did you feel irritation? Which prevailed?

If there are more negative emotions than positive ones, don't worry. In this case, you will see a symbolic visualization — an animation of a volcanic eruption, like an inner catharsis, a sign that you can leave everything behind and start with a clean slate. This is not a defeat, but a reboot.
