"The Vogel Resiliency Center (VRC) Move-to-Health (MtH) screening tool is an iPad-based screening application used to identify client needs upon reception into the Center. Search algorithms are utilized to enable clients to self-select services based on identified needs. Once service selections are completed by the client, the application generates a cumulative list of
services. Clients then work with VRC Navigators to prioritize service receipt and are directed to selected service providers."
