Vurderingsmand is an app for appraisers who can easily make an assessment of the improvements made in a co-operative housing as well as automatically send the assessment report to the co-operative owner.

Register as a user and be approved for use of the app
Sign a contract with us
Start by evaluating co-operative housing.
Look for improvements in your home, e.g. a new or newer kitchen.
Create the enhancement
Take pictures of the kitchen and invoice or find pictures saved in your phone
Calculate the value
Continue with the next improvement
Send the assessment report to the customer
You can stop recording improvements at any time and come back another day. You can also just take the large items. It's up to you. The next time you open the app, it will have calculated the new value of your improvements.


We have spent some time creating a nice design, ease of use and a bit of logic.
