** Mobile time clock **
With the vyble® My Time app, employees can easily clock in and out using any smartphone or tablet, especially when they are not working in the office. This makes the app perfect for mobile or home office workers. The vyble® My Time app also works offline, so if an employee suddenly runs out of reception or battery, the app will continue to work.
** Intuitive interface **
After installing the app and logging in with their vyble® user data, employees are ready to start. With one single tap on the mobile stopwatch, time tracking begins. Start, pause and stop time recording: Employees record their working hours at fingertips automatically and with legal certainty. Before saving the data, they can even add a note, for instance for project tracking. The data is then automatically transferred to the vyble® HR platform.

Fulfill legal requirements and optimize your processes. With the vyble® My Time App, all worked hours and breaks are recorded to the second, seamlessly and with legal certainty. The automatic data transfer to the vyble® HR platform frees you from manual processes and ensures a secure documentation as well as evaluation of all time entries. All data are available in your vyble® HR platform automatically and can be used directly for payroll.
** For all smartphones and tablets **
With the vyble® My Time App, you no longer need expensive chip-based time recording terminals. The app can run on any standard smartphone or tablet and is available in two modes. The "single-user" mode allows each employee to install the app individually on their smartphones. The "organization" mode allows the app to be installed on a tablet - placed for instance at the entrance to the workplace - for a collective use. Employees only have to select their names in the employee list and enter their PINs to start time recording. They are then automatically logged out, so that no one else accesses their time entries.
