Various fortified facilities quietly sleep on Tomogashima Island, which is an uninhabited island floating in Kitan Straight. When this app is open while you walk around the facilities, an audio guide corresponding to each spot will automatically start playing, allowing you to learn more about the role and building structure of each fortress installation. In addition, at the Tomogashima Third Fort Museum, where the 3rd Gun Battery is used as-is for an art museum, you can use the app to enjoy permanent exhibitions and limited-time special exhibitions.
