Take your acoustic music love to a new level September 15-19, 2021 at the 49th annual Walnut Valley Festival. Top musicians from around the world will be gathering to provide over 200 hours of music on 4 stages, plus around the clock campground jams. Walnut Valley’s eclectic musical offerings include Americana, folk, bluegrass, cowboy, new grass, western swing and Celtic, just to name a few.

This festival is the home of the National Flat Pick Guitar Championship, the International Finger Style Guitar Championship and the National championships for the mandolin, bluegrass banjo, and both mountain and hammer dulcimers. Also included during the festival is the Walnut Valley Fiddle Championship.



This year’s professional performers include 3 TRAILS WEST, Appalachian Road Show, Rachel Baiman & George Jackson, The Byron Berline Band & Legacy Grass, Roz Brown & Jim Ratts, Tom Chapin & Michael Mark, The Cowboy Way, Crary, Evans & Spurgin, Damn Tall Buildings, The Dillards, Juni Fisher, Bing Futch, Beppe Gambetta, GASS, Greystem, Ernie Hill, JigJam, Chris Jones & The Night Drivers, John McCutcheon, Andy May, Mile Twelve, Old Sound, Barry Patton, Pretend Friend, Missy Raines & Allegheny, Red Door Duo: Helen Avakian & Dave Irwin, Mark Sganga, Socks in the Frying Pan, Allen Shadd & Kristen Holloway, Jo Ann Smith, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, The Steel Wheels, Steelwind, Linda Tilton, and Mark Alan Wade & Kyle Baker.
