The WAO APP is a task application built to work on the Micro Focus Vibe platform.

You are able to control the state of tasks, comment on them, and signal to your teammates and managers how far on a task you are with a percentage. All time registrations - and their sum of hours, are visible in the task together with the title, description and comments, thereby enhancing the collaboration with time-optimization and ease.

On the virtual cube you are able to assign the tasks that you want to focus on and change the colour of the tiles, while also being able to clear them once you're finished. By pressing the tile you start the timer of the task and by pressing again you stop the timer. A pop-up shows up with the worked hours, suggested billable hours, the choice of it being billable or not and a mandatory text field to describe what you've been doing. You can choose to park the registration and it will be sent to the time list for later completion or you can choose to hit send, and your time registration will be sent off to the back office. Now the timeregistration will be visible in the timelist under the task itself. If you chose to park your timeregistration, you can go to the timelist where you are able to merge timeregistrations based on the task, that were created on the same date.

With the addition of our Focus cube, the app will ask for two new permissions: location and bluetooth, which will be utilized to communicate with the physical cube.
