Warfarin tracking is simple app created to track INR levels and Warfarin dose. You easily review your INR levels vs Warfarin dosage on the graph and show your doctor. You can also email all of your Warfarin and INR entries made in the app to your doctor. This app is very useful for tracking blood thinner dosage.

Now you can enter doses by date range or multiple days with different doses all on one screen. This makes entering varying doses easier.
