Adama's app forecasts risk of movement of selected active ingredients from soil to water courses based on prevailing and predicted weather conditions, soil moisture deficit and soil type. It is designed to act as a decision support tool for those applying active ingredients associated with water pollution.

The new feature of #SlugAware is designed to protect the longevity of metaldehyde-based slug pellets. It considers factors such as weather conditions, soil moisture deficit, soil type and previous crops to provide an early warning system to combat slug activity.
