Watergen’s mobile app is your portal for accessing and monitoring the Genny drinking water generator. The app enables you to establish WIFI connectivity and track water level, rate of production, temperature, and humidity, and any maintenance requirements. You can also connect to more than one Genny at any given time, giving you full control over several devices on different floors and departments.
The app will be used by a technician who comes by request to install or perform any maintenance operations on the machine. Easy troubleshooting is available on the technician screen login, with access to heating status, blower status, water tank levels, buffer tank levels, air temp, all operational sensors.
Genny uses a Wi-Fi connection and Bluetooth for data telemetry on machine status.
