WATERLOO 365 is an app brought to citizens by the Symvaro GmbH. This app enables you to transmit your water meter reading to your water provider whenever you need it to. Moreover, you can track and compare your daily water usage and stay informed due to relevant news from the world of water.
* IMPORTANT: Your water provider needs to be a WATERLOO customer with an active subscription so that you can use this app. OCR is only enabled if your water supplier is an active WATERLOO customer.
Key features include:
• Connect to WATERLOO 365 from anywhere and anytime
• Transmit your water meter reading online and quicker than ever
• The readings requested by the water supplier can be scanned by means of text recognition without any typing needed
• Add, edit and delete water meters
• Scan the QR-Code on the meter or insert the consumption data manually
• Enable the notifications to receive ongoing warnings about maintenance or water quality from your water provider on your screen
• You can access news about water at any time
