Retailer will scratch the coupon received from the distributor and scan the QR using google lens/scanner. This will direct the retailer to the webpage providing options to either continue on the browser or download an app.

Retailers can download the Watertec Rewards app through the google playstore/ appstore.


Sign Up

To sign up Retailer needs to enter the necessary details like Mobile Number, OTP, Shop name, Pin code etc.in to the app or in the browser itself.


Purchase and Earn

To add scheme points in his wallets retailer must scan the QR code from the coupons received from the distributor on his purchase.
They can view their transactional history on the browser as well as in the app.

Retailers will receive a verification call from the support team where retailer needs to provide

Shop Signboard Photo
After getting verified successfully the retailers can enjoy unlimited redemptions.


Stay Updated and connected via WhatsApp

Retailers can check their transactional history through WhatsApp also. Moreover WhatsApp will act as a medium of connection for retailers and Watertec.


Redemption

Retailers can redeem the points any time after approval in various forms like electronic goods, gold/silver coins, vehicles etc. Chosen gift items will be delivered to the address provided by the retailer. The dispatch status of the redeemed gift item can be seen in the mobile app or by calling the customer support team.


Lucky ones will win a Prize in Our Lucky Draw

A subset of retailers will be eligible for monthly lucky draw schemes. They will get a chance to win bumper prizes. The winner will be automatically chosen by the application.
