App Store Description

A convenient utility for converting Raman Shifts from wavelengths into wavenumbers and vice-versa, based on a configurable laser excitation wavelength.

Users can enter a laser excitation wavelength in nanometers, along with either a peak wavelength (also nanometers) or a Raman shift in wavenumbers. Using the laser excitation wavelength, the app will generate the 3rd value.

This is convenient when specifying custom spectrometer ranges, determining if a particular peak is within range or visible through a filter, scoping an appropriate spectral range for a given laser, etc.
