App Store Description

A quick and convenient solution for registering SmartWater packs as part of a We Don’t Buy Crime police scheme.

To register a pack, simply open the App, login, scan the bottle of SmartWater forensic liquid and input the recipient’s details where prompted. Once complete, the details will be uploaded directly and securely to SmartWater’s database – you need do nothing else.

No filling out, storing and posting onerous paper forms.

Why does each pack need to be registered?
Each bottle of SmartWater® contains a unique forensic code, that when marking their valuables, the pack recipient is essentially assigning them with this code. If these same items are then stolen and subsequently recovered by the police, SmartWater will use the unique code to link them back to their rightful owner. However, we can only do this if the unique forensic code is ‘registered’ against the pack recipient’s address and contact details on our ISO27001 accredited database.

Please note that if you have not been provided with login credentials already, you will need to create these by visiting the SmartWater Police Hub (www.smartwater.com/police) and registering an account.
