The Weave Care App helps people to reach out and coordinate support from friends and family.

Whether you’re here because you need help, or because you want to help someone else, the Weave Care App will provide you with the tools and guidance you need.

The app can be used to identify support and care needs, coordinate people to provide the care, keep everyone informed, receive messages of love and support, and access caring tips and information.

Friends and family who have offered to help can be invited to join the support network via our simple SMS invite or sharable link.

The app allows you to:
- create a personal care network;
- invite your contacts;
- create, accept, complete tasks;
- share information and updates;
- upload important documents;
- access guidance from the Weave Care App team and community
