Display your wedding planning tasks on a planning board. Your tasks appear as note cards that you can move from the “To do” column into “Doing” and then “Done” as you progress through your planning—it’s like a virtual notice board with sticky notes representing each task.

Include your notes and thoughts about any of your tasks, such as desired wedding style, wedding dress, flowers, reception and honeymoon ideas. You can also include web links and phone numbers into the notes that are opened when clicked.

Your tasks can also be grouped into their own separate boards, as required. For example, you might like to have separate boards for the wedding ceremony, the wedding reception and the honeymoon. You can even rename the columns on each board to suit your needs.
