Weekly Workouts the easiest way to track and manage your workouts of any type. It was built out of frustration of the complexity of other workout tracking apps. You can enter any workout name you wish and all the description you want about it.

Step 1. Add your workouts for the week
Step 2. Check them off as you complete them
Step 3. Workouts will automatically reset every Sunday at midnight
