The weisenburger services App gives you a quick and uncomplicated way of registering claims involving your property built by weisenburger. After sending the claim, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
The App guides you through the input screen where you can quickly draw up your claim for review by weisenburger.
To use the weisenburger services App, after installation you need to scan the QR Code on the inside of your fuse box door (if the building project was handed over after October 2015). This allows the claim to be allocated directly to the correct residential property.

Have you not yet have a QR Code for a property built by weisenburger? We roll our service out item by item so that all customers with residential properties can use our service in the warranty phase. Please wait until we send you your individual QR Code.
Please register each claim individually using the "register claim" button. Registration also works offline once the input screens have been retrieved for the first time. Claims registered offline must be manually transmitted once you are connected with the Internet, by pressing the orange-coloured synchronisation button.
The usage of the App is also possible for caretakers and owner of several properties. By scanning the QR Code in the belonging residential unit, the services app links the claim to the new residential unit.
Are you unable to use the Smartphone camera? You can also enter the unit code ("Key”) manually or alternatively enter it via our online portal at www.weisenburger.de.
