Welch Grain

Welch Grain Company was founded in 1926 by brothers Tom and Jim Welch. They began by buying and selling grain from the local farmers. In 1930 Tom opened a grocery & feed store, and used local grain to make into feed. In 1939 Tom bought a feed mill in Dalhart, and ran it until 1947.

Welch Grain has a total capacity of 3,356,000 bushels between six locations. Our locations include Rhem, Ware, South Sedan, North Sedan and two in Dalhart. We currently market corn, wheat and milo.
