Welcome to Portugal is a 16K 3D travel series, filmed and hosted by award-winning immersive filmmaker Tarik Mohamed. This is an invitation to step inside the living fabric of a country shaped by its explorers, its poets, and its people.

The journey begins with five places that speak for themselves:

▷ Tram 28
A journey through Lisbon, told from the seat of its most storied tram. From cathedrals to castles, across hills, plazas, and winding backstreets—this is the city in motion, unfolding one neighborhood at a time.

▷ Belém Tower
Once a launching point for ships that disappeared over the horizon. Today it stands silent by the river, its stones still holding the breath of those who dared to leave.

▷ Sintra
Palaces rise through mist, its gardens spill into deliberate chaos—a legacy of royals, mystics, and poets. A landscape that remembers.

▷ Tomar
A town built on devotion and geometry, once home to the Knights Templar. Inside its cloisters and corridors, the past feels less like memory and more like presence.

▷ São Jorge Castle
From this hilltop, Lisbon spills out below in red roofs and blue light. The castle has seen fires, sieges, rebirth and still...it watches.
