Welcome2Canberra

University of Wollongong, working in collaboration with the Multicultural HUB Canberra, have conducted the co-design and development of the Welcome2Canberra mobile app to improve the delivery of settlement services to the newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers in Australia.

Welcome2Canberra will facilitate information access for migrants, seamless referrals to service providers and increased familiarisation of available services. The data generated through the use of the app could be analysed and used as a basis for effective monitoring of service delivery/utilisation, continuous process improvement and provide new insights to inform evidence-based practice.
