App Store Description

People with higher levels of wellbeing tend to have mental, emotional, and/or physical fitness. They have the ability to draw on their skills and resources to take on the demands of their life, work through challenges, and better capitalise on opportunities.

It therefore makes sense that improving wellbeing is key to a life well lived. But work and life can get pretty hectic right? When it does, our wellbeing seems to drop down the priority list when in actual fact it should be right at the top.

Through the ‘chill’ times and the ‘challenging’ times, Checkpoint will help you stay focused on what matters most. You!

- Check In – See the shape of your wellbeing in life and work and access support when you need it most

- Focus - Identify one key area of your wellbeing to focus on at a time

- Prioritise - Drill down into the priorities you have and set actions for your growth

- Access the world’s best wellbeing resources

- Reflect on and monitor the progress you are making

Check In – See the shape of your wellbeing in life and work and access support when you need it most
Our wellbeing and performance refers to the qualities and conditions that help us to feel and function well, and demonstrate high levels of performance. Our check in questions are a quick way to capture and monitor the fluctuations of how you are feeling and functioning in your work and in your life.

Focus - Identify one key area of your wellbeing to focus on at a time
We have identified 8 wellbeing factors in work and life which impact wellbeing and performance. Where we fit in, is by helping you to Focus on one of them. Checkpoint will ask you to choose a wellbeing and performance focus area you feel is most relevant to you for your wellbeing and performance growth right now. This could be an area of challenge you want to improve, or it could be a strength of yours you'd like to strengthen even more!

Prioritise - Drill down into the priorities you have and set actions for your growth
Once you have identified the Focus area right for you, we help you to identify your Priorities.
When you find something you want to learn more about or improve, you simply make it a priority. We have limited the priorities feature to 3 so you can stay focused. Setting your Focus and Priorities will also help us in providing you with the resources most relevant to you. This means you can get straight to the articles, videos and podcasts most important to you!

It’s now time for action! We will serve up recommended Actions based on your chosen Focus area and Priorities. These are designed to give you some new ideas and help you get on your way with making progress. If our actions aren't quite floating your boat, you can write your own. Just make sure any actions you create are relevant to the area of your wellbeing and performance you are focusing on. We have limited the actions you can set at any one time to three. We don’t want you to become overwhelmed by putting too much on your to-do list! Taking action is truly the only way to improve anything. As we always say at Benny Button “Practice makes Progress!”

Access the world’s best wellbeing resources
To help you with your motivation, learning and growth, we have curated the very best Resources we can find...just for you. Thought leading articles, videos and podcasts will be presented in your resource library. We know consuming the latest wellbeing content can be overwhelming and that's why we will only serve up Resources relevant to your Focus area, Priorities and Action

Reflect on and monitor the progress you are making
You can regularly reflect on the progress you are making with your wellbeing focus and actions - identifying what’s working well for you as well as identifying challenges or barriers to navigate along the way.
