With the Welle App, you can browse simple and healthy meals made by actual, registered dietitians that are designed for single people looking for quick and easy meals daily.

The Welle meals are built around some important core concepts:

1. The daily meals are built around a "five small portions daily" concept. This keeps you fuller and your metabolism running.

2. The daily meals add up to about 1500 calories total (depending on the meals you pick) for each day. You can skip snacks, for example, to adjust for your caloric needs.

3. The meals are meant to be quick to make with normal, no-complexity ingredients.


You pick the days you want to plan for, the meals you need, and we get you the shopping list and more. Simple.


Welle isn't a deep calorie counter with hundreds of meals to swim through -- there are great apps for that! Instead, we've taken the approach of simplicity to make your fitness goals just a little easier as a busy person. We're adding meals regularly and aiming to add new features throughout 2016.
