WeResQ is a fully integrated app that allows you to manage your kitchen completely, from the time you bring your groceries home to after they’ve been eaten. We fully digitalize your pantry by using unique features and innovative technology, so that you can save food and money and preserve the planet from CO2 emissions. With immediate product recognition and automatic item logging and notification, we make coordinating your kitchen pantry easier than ever. WeResQ will scan the items you have in your kitchen, track them as they are consumed, notify you as products’ expiration dates approach, and coordinate donations for the food you aren’t able to eat—tackling food waste at every step.

How WeResQ works?
Scanning of products: through the phone camera, WeResQ recognizes the barcode, expiration date, quantity, cost of the product.
Pantry creation and management: once the data has been entered, the pantry is created on the app. It will be possible to see which products are in the pantry with a click.
Alert when food is about to expire: WRAP reports that the main reason for waste at the home level is due to the fact that the product was not used in time (41%) 199. To solve this problem, the app notifies consumers 1 or 2 days before the deadline.
