WFH Posture App

Spectrum Optimise proudly brings you the WFH Posture App. Developed by Physiotherapist Assessors in Ireland who have years of experience of Ergonomics in the workplace. This App allows you to find out your posture score when working from home which has become the new norm. Features include:

- A working from home posture survey. Users can complete the survey and find out if they are in a low,medium or high risk category with their current home office setup. This has been developed by our Physiotherapists and will get an insight to current practices and issues the person may already be facing.

- A personalized Report. Once the survey has been completed the Optimise team will analyse the results and create a custom built personalized report which will go into further insights of your working habits.


- Next Steps. A online eLearning portal which provides step by step guidance on how to setup the home workstation, stretching techniques and advice on how to improve the home experience.

- Video Content. Videos recorded by the team. Giving practical tips on making the best of your workstation.

- Booking Platform. Allows you to book a live video appointment with one of our Assessors.
