It's seriously simple.

(1) Take a photo or selfie of your outfit (everyday)
(2) Tag an existing contact (or add a new one and tag)
(3) Tag a place (or add a new one and tag)
(4) Save.

People/Contacts: Next time you meet the same person, simply open app contacts, select the person, and there it is, photos of the last several outfits you wore last.

Places: Or, if you're going to the same place i.e College, head office, club etc, instead of selecting a person, go to Places list and select the place, and voila... the same thing, you will see photos of all the outfits you have worn that are tagged at this place.

Calendar - you can view all photos with the calendar view too!

Camera: The secret is to make sure you take a photo every single day! You can always go back at the end of the day and tag all the people you met, or places that you frequented.

You can even set Reminders to help you remember to take a pic!

A catalog of all your outfits is also stored in a Gallery for quick access.
